สำหรับลูกค้าที่ทักแชทหาร้าน (LINE, Facebook, Instagram)

ส่งอีเมลถึง iammraoct13@gmail.com หัวข้อ “ขอลบข้อมูล PidDeal”
แจ้งชื่อร้านหรือเพจที่คุณทักแชท ช่องทาง (LINE / Facebook / Instagram) และชื่อที่แสดงในบัญชีของคุณ
เราจะยืนยันตัวตนตามความเหมาะสม และลบข้อความ รูป ไฟล์ โปรไฟล์ แท็ก และโน้ตที่เกี่ยวกับคุณภายใน 30 วัน แล้วแจ้งผลกลับทางอีเมล

คุณสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อได้เองด้วย: บน Facebook ไปที่ การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า → แอพและเว็บไซต์ แล้วลบ PidDeal ออก (ถ้ามี) หรือบล็อก/ลบบัญชี LINE Official Account ของร้าน การลบหรือบล็อกจะหยุดการส่งข้อมูลใหม่ แต่ข้อมูลเดิมจะถูกลบเมื่อคุณส่งคำขอตามขั้นตอนด้านบน

สำหรับร้านค้าและทีมงานที่ใช้ PidDeal

ลบข้อมูลช่องทาง: ในหน้า “ตั้งค่าช่องทาง” กด “ยกเลิกการเชื่อม” ระบบจะลบคีย์เชื่อมต่อ รายชื่อลูกค้า และประวัติแชทของช่องทางนั้นทันที
นำสมาชิกออก: เจ้าของร้านหรือแอดมินกด “นำออก” ในหน้าร้านได้ทันที
ลบบัญชีและร้านทั้งหมด: ส่งอีเมลจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครถึง iammraoct13@gmail.com เราจะลบภายใน 30 วัน

Data Deletion Instructions

If you messaged a business through LINE, Facebook or Instagram

Email iammraoct13@gmail.com with the subject “PidDeal data deletion request”.
Include the business/Page you messaged, the channel (LINE / Facebook / Instagram) and your display name.
After reasonable identity verification, we delete your messages, media, files, profile, tags and notes within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also stop sharing new data by removing PidDeal under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (if listed), or by blocking the business’s LINE Official Account. Existing data is deleted when you submit the request above.

If you are a business using PidDeal

Disconnecting a channel on the Channels page deletes its keys, contacts and chat history immediately. Owners/admins can remove team members at any time. To delete your whole account and shop, email us from your sign-up address; we delete it within 30 days.
